Under your eyes, Lord see their union.

Apostle Philip (of the Seventy): Commemorated Oct. 11 (Church in the East) / June 6 (Church in the West)

From the title it is uncertain whether this is Philip Apostle (of the Twelve) or Philip Apostle (of the Seventy)  Because of the angel addressing him and because of the little birds at his feet (possibly his 4 daughters), I think it is Apostle Philip (of the Seventy)

The Divine Shelter

It is I who cares for you.

From Doves and the Savior

The Heart of Jesus
watches over
the orphans.

Note:
While the text speaks
of the Heart of Jesus,
sheltering images of
Heart of Mary and
wheat & vine
mingled with
roses & lilies,
add visual poetry
& depth of meaning.
